Promotional, and probably not notable. As for promotionalism, thevute stories of how the company started in thedorm room is a staple of promotional writing: it flatters the developer and provides something to say. The awards are not significant. Fastest growing = not yet notable. Designing two ads the customers liked is not notability. I do not think the seo listing reliable.
