Keep, there is no reason for deletion. Pretty much every opening ceremony and closing ceremony for an Olympic Games has its own page. While there isn't much info now, info can be added as we move along, especially since the games are only 3 and a half months away.

Weak Keep/Move I think that there is an argument to be made for
WP:TOOSOON, but this is not argued by nom and as others have stated it is happening relatively soon. I do support moving the article if kept to conform with naming as stated by
