  • Keep. Perhaps nominator missed Aftermath section. This was brought up at UN Security Council. There was talk of changing laws. A cursory and quick Google search will show articles a year later still discussing changing laws as a result of this heinous crime.     Significant national or international coverage is usually expected for an event to be notable. Wide-ranging reporting tends to show significance, but sources that simply mirror or tend to follow other sources, or are under common control with other sources, are usually discounted.
