Checking the nominations subsection
What to do
Check that the subtitle of every nomination has correct vote count
Check that there are no anon votes (move them to comments and sign that you removed it)
Remove articles which "stay until" yesterday or earlier, archive at
/Removed and remove {{AIDnom}} from article's talk page.
Or you can use the
bot (this bot is still under development, so don't hesitate to try it and report any errors to
me)
If you checked the nominations subsection and fixed what was needed to be fixed, sign on the top of the list to the right and delete the bottom entry (keep the list 10 entries long). Sign even if you found nothing to do, just so we know somebody checked. It'd be nice if we had a pace of one check every 12 hours. If somebody checked in last 6 hours, don't bother checking.
If you are going to start a procedure of rollover now, sign here with "#~~~~ (in progress)", so nobody interferes while you are in progress. When you are done with rollover, remove the "(in progress)" note.

Remove new AID article from project page and put content you removed to new AID article {{to do}}
Fix
Template:Aid-summary: copy/paste introduction of new AID article to it and change the picture (just replace the image name, don't change image size)
Remove {{AIDcur}} from old AID article's talk page
Add {{PastACID|date}} on talk page of old AID article
Replace {{AIDnom}} with {{AIDcur}} on the AID article's talk page
Put {{to do}} on new AID article's talk page if it doesn't exist already
Put {{subst:AIDvoter}} ~~~~ on talk page of people who voted for the new AID article (attention!: {{subst:AIDvoter}}, not {{AIDvoter}})
