Secret

I was an editor since August 2005, and an administrator since July 2006, but I recently took a year off because of a libel article about me in Encyclopedia Dramatica, which I'm dealing with off-wiki, and because of health concerns from family problems, which I improved. But I was lurking around almost every day and I knew what was going on with our project. As a victim of serious harassment, I feel like the Arbitration Committee doesn't do enough to protect it's fellow editors, especially with all the drama affecting this committee lately. Many variable contributors, including some of our best article writers, left the project in the past couple of years because of situations similar to mine, and right now looking at RFA, and inactive administrators it's clear that we are experiencing a brain drain. We need to reverse that trend now! There are way too many trolls in this project who are having a great dinner of this situation, and once too many of these editors find out, Wikipedia will fall under pressure. And of course none of us wants this, if we are still tolerating these editors. I will bring a low tolerance, no-nonsense approach to the committee for these editors. I will work with fellow administrators and members of the committee to find the proper remedy to either make them a proper member of our community, or if they don't want to respect our decisions, just ban, we don't need them.

I also bring significant experience to the table, knowledgeable in just about every policy in this project, closing some of the most contentious AFDs and MFDs this project has ever seen. I bring heavy article writing experience, significantly contributing to three featured articles, though I been more of a wikignome lately, especially with the always backlogged CAT:CSD. I’ll use that experience to make consensus decisions in which everyone would agree. Also with anyone concerned about burnout, it won't be a concern. Trust me if I wasn't dedicated to this project with all the problems I been though, I would have left a long-time ago. I’ll be glad to answer any question to the best of my ability, and I hope I gain your trust for this election. Wikipedia must be back to what it was originally suppose to be, an encyclopedia, not a drama forum!
