It was suggested at WP:RPP that a report be made here regarding the long term vandalism and sockpuppetry by a vandal generally called the Disney Vandal, as range blocks have been ineffective in stopping his vandalism and he fully admits he will continue to do this until stopped because it amuses him and he likes to see how long it takes to catch him. He claims to be a 13 year old kid. He always comes in from the same range of IPs, but he has hit from a number of specific IPs, and has learned how to change his IP and jump back and forth between multiple ones. It seems like ISP (or parental) intervention is all that will stop him know. He has also been doing similar vandalism at Simple Wikipedia. This is a list of IPs he's been confirmed to edit from within these three ranges (though both checkuser's and his own admissions):

Their whois all point to Bellsouth and to Mobile, Alabama, matching his own remark that he is from there (and hates it). In this edit [1] he claims to be giving his name (may or may not be real). -- AnmaFinotera ( talk · contribs) 22:05, 23 October 2008 (UTC) reply
