Highly likely used by banned editor Lightbringer - see Wikipedia:Long term abuse/Lightbringer for a full discussion on this editor and why he is banned (mostly for agressive sockpuppetering, failure to follow the desicions of ArbCom and blatant violations of rules and guidelines.
Lightbringer has a long history of editing with IPs originating from Shaw Communications Inc, and this IP hails from the same company. Details on other known IPs used on the Long Term Abuse page.

User guilty of flagrant 3rr (see: here, here, here, here, here and here just for starters (I think I left a few out). Note misleading edit summaries as well as personal attacks in edit summaries... and on Talk page. Definitely Lightbringer's style. Blueboar 00:01, 12 June 2007 (UTC)
