Wallace B. Carr (June 22, 1853-1931) was a state legislator in Florida. He served in the Florida House of Representatives in 1881 [1] and 1887. [2] He represented Leon County. [1] He served in the Committee in Agriculture. [3]
He was born in Leon County, Florida. He had mixed heritage and was documented as being " mulatto". [2] He was a delegate at the 1885 Florida Constitutional Convention. [4] He was described as "colored". [5]
