I've never heard of "ABC No Rio" I'm assuming it's a media center (-your reference to a lab-) I'm no expert, but I know the Tri-state area underground/independent comics somewhat as a loyal reader in the mid-late 90s. I want to substantiate and build up the Charlton Comics related pages, I started collecting their old "licensed" comics at flea markets in NJ. Don't know if you know that material.
