Welcome to Wikipedia. Because we have a policy against usernames that give the impression that the account represents a group, organization or website, I have blocked this account; you are welcome to create a new account with a username that represents only you. You should also read our conflict of interest guideline. If your username doesn't represent a group, organization or website, you may appeal this username block by adding below this notice the text {{ unblock|Your reason here}}. Thank you. Wifione ....... Request reason:

Please Unblock (as requested 10 months ago, agreed and not actioned) for the purpose of changing my username to comply with the guidelines of Wikipedia

Per below... what are you talking about? Hersfold ( t/ a/ c) 23:18, 11 July 2011 (UTC) reply

If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{ unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.

The history of this page and your contributions put paid to the claim above; the user has made no such unblock request on this username, at least not on-wiki. —Jeremy v^_^v Components: V S M 23:09, 11 July 2011 (UTC) reply
Dear User-soon-formerly-to-be-known-as-Vicsig: Seems no one can find a record of your previous unblock request (perhaps you left it as an IP, under a different username, or by email?). Rather than try to dig it up somewhere, I understand the right way to proceed would be for you to use {{ unblock-un}} template, thereby also giving your preferred new username. Sorry for all the hoops to jump through. Cheers. Martinp ( talk) 06:30, 13 July 2011 (UTC) reply

To comply with the wiki username guidelines. The user condog412 was created by myself at the time of the blocking of vicsig

See the reasons given below. There is no reason to unblock this account: just use the new one. JamesBWatson ( talk) 12:57, 18 July 2011 (UTC) reply
If you've already created the account, it is an usurpation. In any case, you own the account, free and clear, since you have already created it. (Yes, you are allowed to create and use a new username if you are blocked on the basis of your username alone.) Any unblock of *this* username at this point is moot because Condog412 isn't blocked as far as I am aware. —Jeremy v^_^v Components: V S M 05:14, 18 July 2011 (UTC) reply
... and since the underlying IP address does not appear blocked, you should not be doing anything with this account anymore whatsoever ... not even logging into it. You should be able to simply login to your condig412 account and edit according to normal rules ( talk→  BWilkins  ←track) 12:05, 18 July 2011 (UTC) reply
