Hi, you tagged this image as {{ Promophoto}}, please note that that tag spesifies: "This tag should only be used for images of a person, product, or event that is known to have come from a press kit or similar source, for the purpose of reuse by the media. Please add a detailed fair use rationale as described on Wikipedia:Image description page(...)". I'm not entierly sure a list of faculty on a webpage would qualify as a press kit, it's also missing the fair use rationale. You might want to look into writing a better "justification" for using the image, or it will probably be contested and removed at some point. -- Sherool (talk) 08:33, 26 August 2006 (UTC) reply

Orphaned fair use image (Image:Ozark Adventist Academy-09.jpg)

Thanks for uploading Image:Ozark Adventist Academy-09.jpg. The image description page currently specifies that the image is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, the image is currently orphaned, meaning that it is not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the image was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that images for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable under fair use (see our fair use policy).

If you have uploaded other unlicensed media, please check whether they're used in any articles or not. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the " my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. Note that any fair use images not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. Australia and Ireland are not the same place

Before you edit Pitch drop experiment page because you read somewhere that there was a drop in July of 2013, please go back, read it again, and ask yourself the following two questions:

Is this Wikipedia article about the pitch drop at the University of Queensland in Brisbane, Australia which started in 1927, or is it about the pitch drop at Trinity College in Dublin, Ireland which started in 1944?

Is the web site where you read about this talking about the pitch drop at Trinity College in Dublin or is it talking about the pitch drop at the University of Queensland in Brisbane?

I hope this helps... -- Guy Macon ( talk) 15:15, 19 July 2013 (UTC) reply

Who knew there were two pitch experiments with drip dates within a few months of each other? VeloVol ( talk) 17:25, 19 July 2013 (UTC) reply
Weird, isn't it? Especially since the Ireland one used a really narrow funnel and is only getting one drip every 60 years. I almost did it myself, but caught it before I hit save. -- Guy Macon ( talk) 20:37, 19 July 2013 (UTC) reply
