It seems to me that twice in 24 hours you've made similar edits to this article with edit summaries that suggest you have made minor changes, when adding content about something making her "puke" despite sources not supporting that statement. Or am I misunderstanding something? CT55555( talk) 03:21, 21 February 2023 (UTC) reply

It's quite clear in the actual reference (translated from French):
"Other posts have been controversial, particularly a tweet from May 2021. "I'm going to puke," she wrote on Twitter in response to an op-ed from University of Toronto philosophy professor Joseph Heath, who pointed out that French Canadians had been the largest group in the country to have experienced British colonialism."

And I wasn't the one who put the "I will puke" quote in. It was already there when I made the edit. I just cut the sentence up to save it from its horrible unreadability. And what's the deal with the "<<>>" punctuation instead of using regular quotes? UpDater ( talk) 03:35, 21 February 2023 (UTC) reply
You are correct and I was mistaken. I apologise.
I don't understand your comment about the quotes. CT55555( talk) 03:37, 21 February 2023 (UTC) reply
One of the previous editors put the Twitter quote in "insertion operators": "<<>>" which doesn't seem to conform to anything in Wikipedia:MOS:QUOTE UpDater ( talk) 07:26, 21 February 2023 (UTC) reply
I missed that. The article was heavily edited recently, and it seems the editors were new to the encyclopedia, this coincided with the burst of negative media attention that she received. There was some over-emphasis on negative media reporting, so with WP:DUE in mind, I tried to edit some of it back, but I missed that part. CT55555( talk) 13:00, 21 February 2023 (UTC) reply

A pie for you!

Sincere apologies for my errors today. I falsely accused you and I am grateful for you starting the conversation which lead to my realization of the errors. CT55555( talk) 03:42, 21 February 2023 (UTC) reply
Thank you for the pie, and for being so gracious about the misunderstanding. It means a lot to me, since I very much respect all the work you have done for Wiki. (And I don't think all the awards you've received are B.S.!) UpDater ( talk) 07:29, 21 February 2023 (UTC) reply
Thanks. :-) The "B.S." thing is a joke, because B.S. can mean two things, one of them barn stars. I might change it though, as I am proud of them and now worried that I'm giving off the wrong impression. CT55555( talk) 13:01, 21 February 2023 (UTC) reply
