Missouri Executive Order 44

I notice that our mutual friend has arbitrarily restored his/her previous edits to this page, without addressing the very pertinent issues raised by you on that article's talk page. I have informed him/her that they will be reported to an admin if they revert again without discussing this subject, first. Just thought you should know. - 01:24, 17 January 2015 (UTC)

I have recently posted some proposals for substantial revisions to portions of this article, which I hope will address the concerns we have all raised. Please stop by the article's talk page to access them (via my sandbox). I'd really like to hear your thoughts. Cheers! - Ecjmartin ( talk) 00:57, 28 January 2015 (UTC) reply
Triple, I wanted to stop by and let you know that I have decided not to quit WP, after all (I posted my reasons on my Talkpage, if you're interested). But I am washing my hands entirely of this article--it's just not that important to me anymore. Since WP refuses to censure Real's bad behavior, I've decided to focus on other entries that are of greater importance. I 'unwatched' the article accordingly, but noticed your words on the talk page--I feel sad that it came to this for you, after all the hard work you did, but believe me, I totally understand. I hope you don't mind my stopping by today, and I certainly wish you all the best. Take care! - Ecjmartin ( talk) 19:54, 2 February 2015 (UTC) reply
Ecjmartin, thank you for the kind words! I appreciate them very much. Perhaps someday Real will find better things to do with her family stories than define herself by one decade in the lives of a certain subset of her early 1800s ancestry, and then we can fix the remaining problems in the article. I'm not holding my breath though. I hope to see you around in the future! It's been a pleasure editing with you.

A barnstar for you!

Hey there!

Would you mind giving Wonder Mountain's Guardian a copyedit?

Dom497, I'm so sorry but I'm swamped at work and doing overtime. If it can wait about 3 weeks I'm happy to do it (I'd need a reminder), but you may want to ask someone else if you'd like it done sooner. Again, I'm very sorry. Tripleahg ( talk) 16:49, 13 May 2015 (UTC) reply

2019 US Banknote Contest

US Banknote Contest
November-December 2019

There are an estimated 30,000 different varieties of United States banknotes, yet only a fraction of these are represented on Wikimedia Commons in the form of 2D scans. Additionally, Colonial America, the Confederate States, the Republic of Texas, multiple states and territories, communities, and private companies have issued banknotes that are in the public domain today but are absent from Commons.

In the months of November and December, WikiProject Numismatics will be running a cross-wiki upload-a-thon, the 2019 US Banknote Contest. The goal of the contest is to increase the number of US banknote images available to content creators on all Wikimedia projects. Participants will claim points for uploading and importing 2D scans of US banknotes, and at the end of the contest all will receive awards. Whether you want to claim the Gold Wiki or you just want to have fun, all are invited to participate.

If you do not want to receive invitations to future US Banknote Contests, follow the instructions here
