The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to impose binding solutions to disputes between editors, primarily for serious conduct disputes the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the authority to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail.

I could have started my reply to you by characterizing your comment as a hit job, character assassination, and poisoning the well, but I didn't. I would really appreciate it if you stop your constant personalization of the matter. You ALWAYS do it. You make my careful editing and attention to detail out to be a crime, rather than favored attributes here. If you examine the history of the article, you will find myriad instances where specific civil criticism of details has been dealt with in an amicable manner and the result has been an improved article.
