Information icon Hello and welcome to Wikipedia. When you add content to talk pages and Wikipedia pages that have open discussion (but never when editing articles), please be sure to sign your posts. There are two ways to do this. Either:

  1. Add four tildes ( ~~~~ ) at the end of your comment; or
  2. With the cursor positioned at the end of your comment, click on the signature button ( or ) located above the edit window.

This will automatically insert a signature with your username or IP address and the time you posted the comment. This information is necessary to allow other editors to easily see who wrote what and when.

Please undo your changes.

Hello,

I edited this article Online journalism in India but I see that you have reverted them and I also agree to you somewhat extent. But the thing is that I can't find reliable sources online, but the fact is that this guy is quite popular. Every month he writes in the digit magazine (if you don't believe me I can send you a screenshot of my magazine of this month), moreover he has also been featured on television. So I guess that this must be enough for a guy to be notable, but anyways the decision is yours, moreover I don't loose anything if you don't approve my edit. I am just putting up my thoughts. So thanks and please do reply.

Hi. I'm afraid I can't undo my changes, as I would therefore be reintroducing unsupported material. That's not allowed.
As I indicated, you need to read WP:CITE and WP:RS, (click the links), to see what content can be accepted here.
You're obviously keen to add this content, but I'm afraid there's no "back door" to do so. We need to follow inclusion policies at all times.
Incidentally, the decision isn't mine - it's the community's - that's how we work - these policies are decided by all of us for the benefit of the encyclopedia, and its integrity.
Now - my advice - slow down, look around, read the linked policies, and learn how things work here - edit-warring and trying to find new ways and processes to shoehorn your content in never ends well. As I say, just advice. Cheers. Begoontalk 14:23, 4 August 2014 (UTC) reply
Ohk, I'll read those two pages. And actually I am not "keen" to add that content, I was just trying to say that what I did was right acc/to me, but if the community feels that wrong then I'm ready to take it down, there's nothing to argue for. Anyways, thanks for linking me there. And I'll look forward to contribute something good to the community. Thanks. PS: Is it allowed to delete my own talk page? Technmaticity ( talk) 14:34, 4 August 2014 (UTC) reply
You can remove anything you like from your own talkpage except notices about being blocked while you are blocked. It's not important, because experienced editors look at the PAGE HISTORY anyway, and all comments are retained there indefinitely for perusal. For instance, here's a link showing how it looked before you blanked it earlier: earlier talkpage revision.
You can't delete the page itself - that would only happen in very rare, exceptional circumstances, usually privacy related, and since you have no privacy related issues here, with an anonymous username, that would seldom apply. See WP:TPG for more details. Cheers. Begoontalk 14:48, 4 August 2014 (UTC) reply

There is a discussion in talk:Online journalism in India about an article you may have interest in. The topic is Removal of mention of Amit Agarwal I.e. should this material be restored? Thank you Jim1138 ( talk) 19:30, 4 August 2014 (UTC) reply
