Hey 331dot I never intended to disrespect any user I just feel like I've a better understanding of wikipedia's guidelines than many users who've been here for years. I truly believe I'll be a net positive as an admin. Slippy Sausage ( talk) 17:14, 28 September 2022 (UTC)
- Instead of throwing your weight around by telling people you know more than they do, demonstrate your knowledge of policies through your actions. If you want the community to grant you the admin toolset, you need to respect and be civil towards that community. If you aren't, they will be there to oppose granting you the tools in any RFA you undertake.
- Many are also skeptical of people who go out and seek the admin tools from day one. Instead of that, just concentrate on being a good editor. If you are, the community will organically see your need for the tools.
