I have tried to change my name but it will not work. to Samantha Walsh "samwalsh" user name twice, can someone help me. I am not posting for an organization, we only archive all archaeology news as does ARCHAEOLOGY Magazine. Thank you. ( NationalArchaeologyPress ( talk) 18:39, 15 July 2012 (UTC))

You have 2 options available to you - if you request a change of username using the link in the above message, you need to wait for one of our Bureaucrats to rename your account. Alternatively, you can simply go back to Special:CreateAccount and make a new username there. If the username you want is not available, you can keep trying until you find one that is!
