File source problem with File:Sikander Bakht.jpg

Thank you for uploading File:Sikander Bakht.jpg. I noticed that the file's description page currently doesn't specify who created the content, so the copyright status is unclear. If you did not create this file yourself, you will need to specify the owner of the copyright. If you obtained it from a website, please add a link to the page from which it was taken, together with a brief restatement of the website's terms of use of its content. If the original copyright holder is a party unaffiliated with the website, that author should also be credited. Please add this information by editing the image description page.

If the necessary information is not added within the next days, the image will be deleted. If the file is already gone, you can still make a request for undeletion and ask for a chance to fix the problem.

Please refer to the image use policy to learn what images you can or cannot upload on Wikipedia. Please also check any other files you have uploaded to make sure they are correctly tagged. The
Arbitration Committee has permitted
administrators to impose discretionary sanctions (information on which is at
Wikipedia:Arbitration Committee/Discretionary sanctions) on any editor who is active on pages broadly related to
India,
Pakistan, and
Afghanistan. Discretionary sanctions can be used against an editor who repeatedly or seriously fails to adhere to the
purpose of Wikipedia, satisfy any
standard of behavior, or follow any
normal editorial process. If you continue to misconduct yourself on pages relating to this topic, you may be placed under sanctions, which can include blocks, a revert limitation, or an article ban. The Committee's full decision can be read at the "
Final decision" section of the decision page.

Please familiarise yourself with the information page at Wikipedia:Arbitration Committee/Discretionary sanctions, with the appropriate sections of Wikipedia:Arbitration Committee/Procedures, and with the case decision page before making any further edits to the pages in question. This notice is given by an uninvolved administrator and will be logged on the case decision, pursuant to the conditions of the Arbitration Committee's discretionary sanctions system.

Hi. When you recently edited Budaun district, you added links pointing to the disambiguation pages Rathor and Sot ( check to confirm |  fix with Dab solver). Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.

Hello, and thank you for your contributions to Wikipedia. I've noticed that you have been adding your signature to some of your edits to articles, such as the edit you made to Integral humanism (Maritain). This is a common mistake to make and has probably already been corrected. Please do not sign your edits to article content, as the article's edit history serves the function of attributing contributions, so you only need to use your signature to make discussions more readable, such as on article talk pages or project pages such as the Village Pump. If you would like further information about distinguishing types of pages, please see What is an article?. Again, thank you for contributing, and enjoy your Wikipedia experience! Thank you. --  ɑηsuмaη ʈ ᶏ ɭ Ϟ 10:21, 14 December 2012 (UTC) reply

Arbitration Committee Notice

Dear Ravindr, I wanted you to know that I also got a notice from another editor called User:Darkness Shines on my talk page that looks like yours given out by User:The Blade of the Northern Lights. You should know that "The Blade of the Northern Lights" placed that banner incorrectly and it makes him look like an administrator. He is not an administrator. Moreover, it looks as though he is from of Arbitration Committee. Again he is not nor has he ever been a member of Arbitration Committee. Like me, you may have been doing something innocent, but the banner states unfairly, "If you continue to misconduct yourself on pages relating to this topic." This is boilerplate language given to anyone who gets this template. It does not mean in any way that you did something wrong. Furthermore, although there is very little information about this banner, you may remove it from your page. Your name was also listed by "The Blade of the Northern Lights on a noticeboard. Some people on that list have told me that they did not even know their names were there. In my case, I believe this is wrong because I'm not interested in editing in this area. You are not being investigated in any way. As a protest I have deleted my name from the following location as have others. [1] If you are not happy about your treatment by The Blade of the Northern Lights or being listed on this noticeboard, then I would encourage you to do the same. You would be in your rights to do so. See the history of that page to see examples of what we did. I hope I have clarified your situation as I had to find out more about mine and wanted to share the results with you. I wish you good editing in Wikipedia, Crtew ( talk) 13:46, 19 February 2013 (UTC) reply

Sorry, I forgot to update you about our case. A number of us were taken off the list because DS was abusing the template. Your template was applied by The Blade of Northern Lights. In our case, DS followed no process and broke the rules because he was an involved editor bringing sanctions against us -- which was a violation of the rules. All of those named removed fit that pattern. If Northern Lights was indeed an involved editor then you have a case for removal. But to take your name off the list of sanctions, like we did, we had to request that User:RegentsPark make an independent judgment. In my opinion, you should go through this process like we did if that if this was the case. It's only fair. However, your most current edit to the sanctions page will most like be reverted at this point by someone (like ours was). I hope this helps you out, Crtew ( talk) 12:06, 23 February 2013 (UTC) reply
If someone criticizes you for deleting your name, then tell them it was my fault as I didn't properly update you about what was going on. Apologies, Crtew ( talk) 12:07, 23 February 2013 (UTC) reply

Hi Ravindr. I reverted your removal of your name from the list of people warned. While I don't agree with this list, the reality is that you were warned by an uninvolved admin (Blade) while the others (the ones I removed) were warned by an involved editor (DarknessShines). My understanding is that you are properly warned so your name should stay in the list. FYI, there is a currently a clarification request at ArbCom that may be of interest to you and that is clarifying issues around these warnings. You might want to comment or ask a question there if you feel that you're being treated overly harshly. Speedy deletion nomination of Dr. Shan Nair

Hello Ravindr,

I wanted to let you know that I just tagged Dr. Shan Nair for deletion, because the article doesn't clearly say why the subject is important enough to be included in an encyclopedia.

If you feel that the article shouldn't be deleted and want more time to work on it, you can contest this deletion, but please don't remove the speedy deletion tag from the top.

You can leave a note on my talk page if you have questions. Thanks, Dewritech ( talk) 12:39, 5 March 2013 (UTC) reply
