Liz: I removed the inappropriate content. Sorry, but every time I create or use a new account, are just attempts to make a "fresh start" from my past blocks. Is there a better way to appeal blocks instead of making "fresh starts?" --

You need to appeal your lock/block using the appropriate process by promising not to do the things that got your account locked/blocked in the first place, and you need to wait
the appropriate time. Your appeal would not be successful today. --

Izno: So I need to wait until May 2021 for my appeal to be successful? User:Gioguch was created on 09/15, and I created that account because my IP was scheduled to be blocked until 12/07 and I saw it unblocked. But I asked Tenryuu and other people what I should have done, and AlanM1 said "creating an account is more anonymous." I made sure that creating User:Gioguch was the good choice, but I didn't realize that those people were wrong. Can you please unlock my original account and any other ones? --
