Welcome back to the Editing newsletter.
Since the last newsletter, the team has released two new features for the mobile visual editor and has started developing three more. All of this work is part of the team's goal to make editing on mobile web simpler.
Before talking about the team's recent releases, we have a question for you:
Are you willing to try a new way to add and change links?
If you are interested, we would value your input! You can try this new link tool in the mobile visual editor on a separate wiki.
Follow these instructions and share your experience:
The mobile visual editor is a simpler editing tool, for smartphones and tablets using the mobile site. The Editing team has recently launched two new features to improve the mobile visual editor:
Section editing and the new loading overlay are now available to everyone using the mobile visual editor.
This is a list of our most active projects. Watch these pages to learn about project updates and to share your input on new designs, prototypes and research findings.
The VisualEditor on mobile is a good place to learn more about the projects we are working on. The team wants to talk with you about anything related to editing. If you have something to say or ask, please leave a message at Talk:VisualEditor on mobile.

Hi - a polite comment regarding your pending edit reviews at Napoleon III. This anonymous IP has been trying to add material repeatedly to the article. The material falls short for multiple reasons, including WP:NOR, WP:NOTESSAY, WP:INCITE. Multiple other pending review editors (including myself) have rejected the material, but twice 1 2 (as far as I can see) you have approved the addition of material from that IP. From looking at the talk page contributions, the IP editor does not seem to be showing much willingness to collaborate or attempt to modify the material to better respect policy. I rolled back the last edit from the IP (which you approved), but if you feel the material is worthwhile including, I would suggest discussing on the article's talk page.-- Goldsztajn ( talk) 09:43, 22 July 2019 (UTC)
could you please help me improving this article and making it published. please /info/en/?search=Draft:IARA_Awards -- Andoster ( talk) 15:52, 31 July 2019 (UTC)
I was updating /info/en/?search=Mullingar with recent links to community resources which you have reverted. Links are for the most part non profit and community based. Please see /info/en/?search=Tullamore which has similar useful links. Please advise on how these and others should be added as I want to bring this page up to date.
I hope it’s not too much to ask, but I’m pretty badly stuck on this pending change. [1] and wanted your input on it. James-the-Charizard ( talk) 02:06, 3 August 2019 (UTC)
Dear Nigos, Would be fine if I make another user and write my contribution like that? then will not be self-citation :) Peter
OK. If you delete it again, I will find another solution. I have the impression that does not worth to be honest with some editors.
Hi. It's multiple IPs vandalizing these articles, but I suspect they are the same person. What do I do? -- Puzzledvegetable Is it teatime already? 00:18, 7 August 2019 (UTC)
"Don't remove references to racism. It is a racist phrase."
Then why don't we see any references to racism in articles on Caucasoid or Mongoloid? It has been established that these terms are legitimate and without racist connotations in the scientific fields of forensic anthropology and biological classification. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 75.164.182.204 ( talk) 05:44, 3 September 2019 (UTC)
