Thank you for uploading File:Rose State College Logo, April 2015.png. Since the logo consists only of letters, it falls into the realm of the public domain. I've added the {{ pd-textlogo}} template as a result and changed the license template. — C.Fred ( talk) 20:20, 16 April 2015 (UTC)
That said, I've also removed it from the Rose State College article because I don't see that the new logo is in use. I went to the school's website, and the old logo is still there. — C.Fred ( talk) 20:22, 16 April 2015 (UTC)
