Information icon Thank you for your contributions to Wikipedia. It appears that you copied or moved text from 2018 Kentucky House of Representatives election into 2004 Kentucky House of Representatives election. While you are welcome to re-use Wikipedia's content, here or elsewhere, Wikipedia's licensing does require that you provide attribution to the original contributor(s). When copying within Wikipedia, this is supplied at minimum in an edit summary at the page into which you've copied content, disclosing the copying and linking to the copied page, e.g., copied content from [[page name]]; see that page's history for attribution. It is good practice, especially if copying is extensive, to also place a properly formatted {{ copied}} template on the talk pages of the source and destination. Please provide attribution for this duplication if it has not already been supplied by another editor, and if you have copied material between pages before, even if it was a long time ago, you should provide attribution for that also. You can read more about the procedure and the reasons at Wikipedia:Copying within Wikipedia. Thank you. DanCherek ( talk) 23:01, 14 April 2023 (UTC) reply

1918 KY US Senate map source?

Hello, Mad Mismagius.
I noticed you created a county map for the 1918 US Senate race in Kentucky, and that you put the source for your information as the December 1, 1918 issue of the Lexington Leader. Would you be able to provide a link to that issue with the results? The archives on the Lexington Leader's own website only seem to go back to 2009.
Thank you! PrusBis6187 ( talk) 21:42, 16 June 2023 (UTC) reply

Hi, I accessed the newspaper through NewsBank via my library. Any links would therefore be proxy links, requiring a login to my library. I can edit the attribution to mention NewsBank if you think that would be a good idea. Mad Mismagius ( talk) 22:02, 16 June 2023 (UTC) reply
Thank you! I was asking because I've been trying to map out every US Senate election that I can find county data for, and you're the only one who seems to have found the information for this Senate race. It doesn't look like I can access NewsBank, so do you think you would be able to take screenshots of the election results by county from the issue of that newspaper and email the pictures to me? My email is foundfiend574@gmail.com. If you could, that would be greatly appreciated. PrusBis6187 ( talk) 17:14, 17 June 2023 (UTC) reply

1868 KY gubernatorial special election approval?

Hello again. I noticed a while back that you were the creator of the 1868 Kentucky gubernatorial special election article, and I was wondering how you were able to get it approved, given how obscure of an election that is. Another gubernatorial special election for Kentucky, one that occurred in 1900, has an article draft, but that draft has been repeatedly rejected as an article due to having too few sources, even though it has the exact same singular source that your article has. With all this in mind, do you think you could help get the 1900 KY governor special election article approved?
