Hi there, if you want to nominate an article for deletion, please read the process listed at Wikipedia:Guide to deletion, and especially how to properly nominate an article for deletion at WP:AFDLIST. Seagull123 Φ 18:46, 20 August 2020 (UTC)
Please see WP:Twinkle. This semi-automated program makes it -very- easy to make AfDs with proper formatting. It also helps with countless other tasks you may find yourself wanting to accomplish. I would highly recommend using it in the future. Thank you ‡ Єl Cid of Valencia talk 20:51, 20 August 2020 (UTC)
Hello and welcome to Wikipedia, I noticed you nominated 2 of my articles for AFD. Firstly you should notify the person who created the page before you nominate it for AFD. Secondly please can you read WP:CRIN as then you would know the specific criteria for an AFD for a cricketer. Sorry if this seems a bit rash but I obviously don't want my articles to be deleted unfairly. Thanks CreativeNorth ( talk) 12:29, 21 August 2020 (UTC)
I believe that you shouldn't worry about your article getting deleted wrongly because isn't that what AfDs are for?
I'll be answering the specific concern you have over here though, I believe that all the subject specific guidelines are what gives us a strong indication that WP:GNG is met. In the specific cases I've nominated for deletion I don't believe GNG is met despite the indication you have suggested, ofcourse I can be wrong but I guess that's what the AfD process is for so that a proper decision is taken. Any further discussion should be on the AfD page for everyone's benefit.
Ok thanks, once again sorry if I was a bit rash. Obviously as you can probably understand you don’t want your articles to be deleted. Glad to see you took my advice about notifying after nominating an article for AFD and hope to see you in future discussions on here about cricket. All the best CreativeNorth ( talk) 20:37, 21 August 2020 (UTC)
You too, sorry to keep coming back to this but it is making me a bit nervous that you are nominating many of my articles for deletion. As you can imagine I don’t want to have more deleted articles than ones still on here! So sorry for the persistent messaging I just don’t want my reputation to go out of the window! and also when nominating some more of my articles you did not message me on my talk page to tell me. So if you do nominate any more please notify me. CreativeNorth ( talk) 22:06, 22 August 2020 (UTC)
Hi, we spoke earlier and I'm sorry if I offend you. How many more articles of mine do you plan on nominating for AFDs because at the moment it seems you are just going through them all! I do get that you are trying to help the encyclopedia and I appreciate that. But it is going to seriously hinder my reputation if you delete all my articles. Once again sorry if I have offended you but I am just really sad that they have all been nominated for AFD. Anyway I might be take a wikibreak in the near future and I hope to see you afterwards. Thanks and for the third time I am sorry if I have offended you. Bye CreativeNorth ( talk) 18:45, 10 September 2020 (UTC)

Hello Iitianeditor. On talk pages and other discussion pages (AfD pages for example), you should end your posts in a signature. if you want to reply to someone, make sure to put all of your text on the same indentation level, instead of indenting just the first paragraph!
~~~~
is automatically turned into your signature after you hit "publish changes". For example, this is my signature:
Hi Iitianeditor. Just some advice that it's probably not the best idea to list 20+ single AfDs at the same time. I have no problem with you nominating any article, it's just that with so many being done at the same time, it can flood the AfD page and make a ton of extra work for those who look at each AfD one by one. Maybe limit the noms to a couple per day, to give enough people enough time to evaluate each one as they are listed. Thanks. Lugnuts Fire Walk with Me 07:19, 10 September 2020 (UTC)
You're right, I did think of it, but then the pages were very repetitive. If a vandal decides to vandalize 30 pages, should we decide to only review 2 at a time? I wanted to propose speedy deletion, but from what I understood it didn't meet the criteria. Not that I'm saying the pages are in any way like what a vandal would do, it was just a thought experiment. Iitianeditor ( talk) 07:23, 10 September 2020 (UTC)
This is a standard message to notify contributors about an administrative ruling in effect. It does not imply that there are any issues with your contributions to date.
You have shown interest in India, Pakistan, and Afghanistan. Due to past disruption in this topic area, a more stringent set of rules called discretionary sanctions is in effect. Any administrator may impose sanctions on editors who do not strictly follow Wikipedia's policies, or the page-specific restrictions, when making edits related to the topic.
For additional information, please see the guidance on discretionary sanctions and the Arbitration Committee's decision here. If you have any questions, or any doubts regarding what edits are appropriate, you are welcome to discuss them with me or any other editor.
You have been blocked for 31 hours for persistent personal attacks and trumped-up charges in
this ANI thread, such as accusing Lugnuts of "malicious intentions" and Joseph2303 of calling you a racist (not true, Joseph did no such thing). If you think there are good reasons why you should be unblocked, you may
appeal this block by adding below this notice the text {{
unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}}
, but you should read the
guide to appealing blocks first.
