Unfortunately the article Thulasiraj Balakrishnan has been deleted in accordance with Wikipedia's criteria for speedy deletion, as an article that contained no meaningful content whatsoever, beyond a restating of the title. We do not have "placeholder" articles, waiting for content. You do not necessarily have to have all of the eventual content of an article ready before you create the article, but you should have enough for it to be clear to a reader what the article is about. Also, an article needs to be about a subject which has a significant degree of notability, which needs to be demonstrated by substantial coverage of the subject in verifiable reliable sources. Wikipedia is not an indiscriminate collection of information about anything. Finally, your username suggests that you may have intended the article to be about yourself. Writing autobiographical articles is strongly discouraged. If you are genuinely notable then probably some third party will write an article about you from an independent point of view, while if you are not then we should not have an article about you.
