Comments on the ACCME AfD

Your comments about my contributions to Wikipedia are completely untrue. I'm heavily involved in tourism article writing and other projects, whose links I provided where I've done substantial work. I ask that you strike out that complete untruth on your part. Travellingcari ( talk) 16:44, 8 February 2008 (UTC) reply

An honest mistake on my part. Did not see any contributions to WP other than rather suspect deletion demands. I have reverted and apologise. Halfmast ( talk) 05:03, 17 March 2008 (UTC) reply

Your comments in AFDs

Hi Halfmast. Ive noticed your comment in AfDs such as Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/WyvernRail plc ehere you said ""EVRA are already at Eccelsbourne Valley Railway" an article that does not exist yet? Sheesh!" It is a good idea on Wikipedia to remain civil and to not make potentialy harmful or offensive comments. Users have been blocked from editing on such basis in the past. Thanks. Respectfully, I think threatening to block a new user for saying "Sheesh" rather than a gentle warning is more offensive than saying "Sheesh" in the first place. Ok, I won't say 'Sheesh'. It would be nice to see the same treatment dished out to those who are genuinely abusive. Halfmast ( talk) 05:24, 17 March 2008 (UTC) reply

Thanks for your note. I don't think discussion is ever a bad thing, so I have taken it to Afd, Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Directors Forum. Have a nice day! Enjoy your greater involvement in Wikipedia, it's fun (and addicting!) TRAVELLINGCARI My story Tell me yours 11:47, 20 March 2008 (UTC) reply
