The above discussion lead to a submission to the Royal Commission on Institutional Responses to Child Sexual Abuse how Wikipedia policies and editing culture (such as its disregard for offline sources such as court records and misunderstanding of the laws of defamation) enables abusers to re-establish at new locations.
