An organization is not necessarily entitled to a Wikipedia article just because it exists; you need to be able to provide actual references from reliable sources to demonstrate that the organization is notable enough to be here.
You're certainly free to work on an improved version of the article if you wish — although I'd suggest that you do it at User:Gardenerlynn/Cornucopia Institute, and then it can be moved into article space when you're done. But good sources have to be present in the article the moment it enters article space, or else it can and will likely be deleted again. Having a Wikipedia article is not an entitlement if the article, as written, doesn't meet our inclusion and formatting and referencing standards. Bearcat ( talk) 19:30, 29 October 2010 (UTC)
