Thank you for creating Parkview Library.
I have tagged the page as having some issues to fix, as a part of our page curation process and note that:
There don't seem to be many references indepednent of the library that lend notability to this locally important topic. Most of the reference related to the context of reading in South Africa more broadly, which could be helpfully added elsewhere. I also wonder about the relevance of national literacy rates in Parkview, which seems to a be relatively affluent part of Johannesburg. Are there figures on local literacy being problematic?

{{Re|Klbrain}}Thanks for the helpful feedback and additional guidance. They are much appreciated. Parkview is a highly affluent area. Wealth and literacy should not, however, be conflated.
