I have removed the advert tag. To be honest, the page actually looks quite good now, reading a lot less like a sales pitch than before. Good job on the contributions.
While we're on the topic, however, I must say that all of your contributions are about Pre-Paid in one form or another. I am not questioning whether your aim is to promote the company or what your ties are to it, but others might in the future. Perhaps you could edit some other similar articles, lending your knowledge of business and legal services to expanding articles such as class action or something along those lines. - It is true that, with the exception of a minor edit to the entry for DirecTV, all of my contributions have been related to Pre-Paid so far. While I do plan to make other contributions in the future, I am particularly interested in the company, and seeing that there was no existing entry for it whatsoever, and having a good deal of knowledge on it, I felt that writing that article was the single largest contribution I could make right off the bat. All the information I put on the Prepaid Legal Site recently was from there 2007 Annual report filed with the SEC. These are required public information filed with a US Governmental agency. - Whether it is copyrighted or not*, it was plagiarized (direct quotes taken with neither quotation marks nor a citation), and was poorly-worded for an encyclopedia article. For example, while "We were one of the first companies..." may be quite appropriate for an SEC report, but in an article on Wikipedia, there is no "we", and the sentence doesn't make sense. Also, it is quite inappropriate to include product prices in an article, unless that price is somehow newsworthy (e.g. the first 500 Brand-X cars were sold for $1 apiece). This is an encyclopedia, not an solicitation of business.
- If you would like to include some of the information from the annual report, please cite your sources, use only pertinent factual information, put short direct quotes in quotation marks (""), and re-word facts in a way that doesn't sound like an ad.
- * — The fact that a document has been filed with a governmental agency does not affect its copyright. From Copyright status of work by the U.S. government, "Many publications of the U.S. government do, however, contain protectable works authored by others (e.g., patent applications, Securities and Exchange Commission filings, public comments on regulations, etc.), ..."

Hi there,
I see that you are a pro-Cannabis Wikipedian so I hope this will be of some interest to you.
I've started a Marijuana wiki (aka The Sticky Wiki) which I think you might be interested in. I'm hoping you can help me get started with this project. Whereas lots of articles about weed get speedy-deleted on Wikipedia, they would be totally cool over at MarijuanaWiki. But really I want the site to be more of a marijuana community than merely an encyclopedia.
To give you an example, I want to have city guides about where to score, find pot-friendly cafes, marijuana events, and what represents a good price in that city. Etc. (You can check out the featured article: "Toronto" to see what I mean). I also want to have grow diaries and marijuana blogs. All in all, basically more communal than encyclopedic.
I am in need of admins/moderators, and people experienced with MediaWiki to help build policy, categories, and templates, etc. If you'd be interested in helping me with this project, the URL is MarijuanaWiki

- Update: I've placed the work I've done onto your userpage. I've organized most of them by topic and placed them in a userbox table. I also got about halfway through them in un-substing them (unless it's needed, substing makes it hard to read them, and it's easier to instead do something like {{User:Gadren/Userboxes/ID}} -- where you copy the subst text to a subpage of the userpage and link to that.
I hope that the format I've started is easy to understand. It's just too much work for me right now to track down all the old userbox syntax when there's so many boxes, but I hope that this can help you get started in customizing your userpage. I just read your PrePaid Legal entry on Wikipedia - I will take a wild stab at guessing that you are affiliated with them or at list where when you wrote the article
I will take another wild guess and say that 1 - 1.5 years from now you probably won't be affiliated with them anymore.
Would you then to keep your consience clear come back to your wicki article and reread it. THEN you will understand what people mean when they say your article reads like an advertisement.
But for the future - when your entire article consists solely of information found in company's promotional materials - it is a biased article that reads like an advertisement. You can never be objective when all your information comes from one source. - You are right in that I am affiliated with PPLSI. In fact, had you read the comments higher on this page, or looked at my user page, you would see that I make that fact abundantly clear. However, on your second guess, you are dead wrong. I will definitely continue to be asociated with the company for the remainder of my natural life. Believe me, I have spent countless hours researching the company, and I am acutely aware of all the negative publicity it has received. I also know that the product the company offers is very valuable, and I would own it even if there were not a financial windfall available through their network marketing structure. In fact, I did not join the company until after I had already owned the membership for several months. For the record, I joined the company on December 15, 2004, and in the first six months of 2006, I have already made more commissions than I made in all of 2005. I won't give you exact numbers, just in case you live in one of the four states that has laws against earnings representations.
- Also, I don't really think SEC filings can be considered "promotional materials." In fact, I just re-read the article, and the only sentences that included what anyone might call a "positive fact" were those about Equities Magazine rating it as the 33rd fastest-growing company, and about Forbes Magazine ranking it in their Top 200 Small Companies list. Neither of those magazines could by any stretch of the imagination be considered "company's promotional materials." So you see, my information is not "all from one source." Most things shouldn't link to
Heroes (disambiguation), and those that should shouldn't pipe link it -- they should link explicitly to the (disambiguation) redirect. Rather than something like this:

Spore
I just wanted to commend you for arguing your point in a civil manner in regard to the whole spin-off argument. I fully agree with you in that the alternative versions of Spore are not spin-offs by any means (regardless of how everybody else seems to define them), but rather, reinterpretations of a core premise (i.e. creature creation). If Spore DS/Mobile are by definition spin-offs, then what do we make of the dozens upon dozens of games that have been completely overhauled for other platforms? (as each platform has their own share of strengths and weaknesses due to hardware constraints)
An example of a spin-off would be a game such as MySims (a Japanese reinterpretation of The Sims), or the WarioWare series (mini-game compilations based on the WarioLand games, which itself is a spin-off of the Super Mario series). Spore doesn't fall into that category as all 4 versions of the game share certain basic elements. In short, I'm in favour of calling them "versions".
Take The Sims 2 for example, each and every version was "radically different" to one another, yet JAF refuses to call these versions spin-offs contrary to his views on Spore... PC = A life simulation game PS2/Xbox/GC = An adventure game focusing more on the social aspect of the PC version DS Version = A hotel simulation/RPG/adventure game GBA Version = An adventure/RPG game in which the player assumes the role of a reality TV star PSP Version = An adventure game in which the player is to discover as many of Strangetown's "secrets" as possible Mobile Version = Similar to the PC game, but with very little depth in comparison due to hardware restrictions
Besides, what exactly is Spore being spun off of? Spore? The whole argument is asinine. The DS/Mobile versions are just that: different versions or reinterpretations of a key concept. It's time to stop arguing the evidence I have submitted, especially when you have yet to support your beliefs with any of your own. Claiming my evidence from informed sources (including the creator of the game) is wrong is basically unscientific and attempting to prove a negative. Makes sense, I'd be really stressing to keep counting votes evertime somebody doesn't happen to like an article. However, perhaps wikipedia should encourage a to come up with with observations about guidelines rather than just plain "keeps" and "deletes". I mean when those words summarise a guideline perception, I think it is actually very useful. But what's the wort of adding "keep- as per somebody". From my perspective, it's lack of contribution to the discussion makes the whole process look like vote counting. And I think newcommers don't know it is not supposed to be a vote. Of course I'm just commenting my thoughts, not that I'm still mad at the situation as I was when I wrothe the comment that came to your attention. Hi, please don't take this personally, but I've undone your recent edit to Micromanagement (gameplay). In the the Starcraft image, a Templar's Psionic Storm spell (the "lightning") will damage and probably destroy any Probes (the small "worker" units, some of which are carrying things) that continue to try to harvest resources (especially the blue crystalline Minerals) in the area covered by the Storm - in fact most will be unable to get out of danger before being destroyed. Hello Dansiman - I'm not sure if you are aware of this, but Wikipedia recently had a spate of user account compromises. After investigation, it appeared that at least a significant issue involved in these compromises was that the Wikipedia editor had also used the same or similar password on a social media website that was posted on their userpage. Many major social media sites, including Myspace and Yahoo, have had major security breaches where user passwords were leaked.
I note that you have included links to external social media sites on your userpage. I'd suggest removing the links; however, if you choose not to do so, please ensure that you are using a unique password for your Wikipedia account that is not used on any of these other sites. While we're on the topic, however, I must say that all of your contributions are about Pre-Paid in one form or another. I am not questioning whether your aim is to promote the company or what your ties are to it, but others might in the future. Perhaps you could edit some other similar articles, lending your knowledge of business and legal services to expanding articles such as class action or something along those lines. - It is true that, with the exception of a minor edit to the entry for DirecTV, all of my contributions have been related to Pre-Paid so far. While I do plan to make other contributions in the future, I am particularly interested in the company, and seeing that there was no existing entry for it whatsoever, and having a good deal of knowledge on it, I felt that writing that article was the single largest contribution I could make right off the bat. All the information I put on the Prepaid Legal Site recently was from there 2007 Annual report filed with the SEC. These are required public information filed with a US Governmental agency. - Whether it is copyrighted or not*, it was plagiarized (direct quotes taken with neither quotation marks nor a citation), and was poorly-worded for an encyclopedia article. For example, while "We were one of the first companies..." may be quite appropriate for an SEC report, but in an article on Wikipedia, there is no "we", and the sentence doesn't make sense. Also, it is quite inappropriate to include product prices in an article, unless that price is somehow newsworthy (e.g. the first 500 Brand-X cars were sold for $1 apiece). This is an encyclopedia, not an solicitation of business.
- If you would like to include some of the information from the annual report, please cite your sources, use only pertinent factual information, put short direct quotes in quotation marks (""), and re-word facts in a way that doesn't sound like an ad.
- * — The fact that a document has been filed with a governmental agency does not affect its copyright. From Copyright status of work by the U.S. government, "Many publications of the U.S. government do, however, contain protectable works authored by others (e.g., patent applications, Securities and Exchange Commission filings, public comments on regulations, etc.), ..."

I see that you are a pro-Cannabis Wikipedian so I hope this will be of some interest to you.
I've started a Marijuana wiki (aka The Sticky Wiki) which I think you might be interested in. I'm hoping you can help me get started with this project. Whereas lots of articles about weed get speedy-deleted on Wikipedia, they would be totally cool over at MarijuanaWiki. But really I want the site to be more of a marijuana community than merely an encyclopedia.
To give you an example, I want to have city guides about where to score, find pot-friendly cafes, marijuana events, and what represents a good price in that city. Etc. (You can check out the featured article: "Toronto" to see what I mean). I also want to have grow diaries and marijuana blogs. All in all, basically more communal than encyclopedic.

- Update: I've placed the work I've done onto your userpage. I've organized most of them by topic and placed them in a userbox table. I also got about halfway through them in un-substing them (unless it's needed, substing makes it hard to read them, and it's easier to instead do something like {{User:Gadren/Userboxes/ID}} -- where you copy the subst text to a subpage of the userpage and link to that.
I hope that the format I've started is easy to understand. It's just too much work for me right now to track down all the old userbox syntax when there's so many boxes, but I hope that this can help you get started in customizing your userpage. I just read your PrePaid Legal entry on Wikipedia - I will take a wild stab at guessing that you are affiliated with them or at list where when you wrote the article
I will take another wild guess and say that 1 - 1.5 years from now you probably won't be affiliated with them anymore.
Would you then to keep your consience clear come back to your wicki article and reread it. THEN you will understand what people mean when they say your article reads like an advertisement.
But for the future - when your entire article consists solely of information found in company's promotional materials - it is a biased article that reads like an advertisement. You can never be objective when all your information comes from one source. - You are right in that I am affiliated with PPLSI. In fact, had you read the comments higher on this page, or looked at my user page, you would see that I make that fact abundantly clear. However, on your second guess, you are dead wrong. I will definitely continue to be asociated with the company for the remainder of my natural life. Believe me, I have spent countless hours researching the company, and I am acutely aware of all the negative publicity it has received. I also know that the product the company offers is very valuable, and I would own it even if there were not a financial windfall available through their network marketing structure. In fact, I did not join the company until after I had already owned the membership for several months. For the record, I joined the company on December 15, 2004, and in the first six months of 2006, I have already made more commissions than I made in all of 2005. I won't give you exact numbers, just in case you live in one of the four states that has laws against earnings representations.
- Also, I don't really think SEC filings can be considered "promotional materials." In fact, I just re-read the article, and the only sentences that included what anyone might call a "positive fact" were those about Equities Magazine rating it as the 33rd fastest-growing company, and about Forbes Magazine ranking it in their Top 200 Small Companies list. Neither of those magazines could by any stretch of the imagination be considered "company's promotional materials." So you see, my information is not "all from one source." I just wanted to commend you for arguing your point in a civil manner in regard to the whole spin-off argument. I fully agree with you in that the alternative versions of Spore are not spin-offs by any means (regardless of how everybody else seems to define them), but rather, reinterpretations of a core premise (i.e. creature creation). If Spore DS/Mobile are by definition spin-offs, then what do we make of the dozens upon dozens of games that have been completely overhauled for other platforms? (as each platform has their own share of strengths and weaknesses due to hardware constraints)
An example of a spin-off would be a game such as MySims (a Japanese reinterpretation of The Sims), or the WarioWare series (mini-game compilations based on the WarioLand games, which itself is a spin-off of the Super Mario series). Spore doesn't fall into that category as all 4 versions of the game share certain basic elements. In short, I'm in favour of calling them "versions".
Take The Sims 2 for example, each and every version was "radically different" to one another, yet JAF refuses to call these versions spin-offs contrary to his views on Spore... PC = A life simulation game PS2/Xbox/GC = An adventure game focusing more on the social aspect of the PC version DS Version = A hotel simulation/RPG/adventure game GBA Version = An adventure/RPG game in which the player assumes the role of a reality TV star PSP Version = An adventure game in which the player is to discover as many of Strangetown's "secrets" as possible Mobile Version = Similar to the PC game, but with very little depth in comparison due to hardware restrictions
Besides, what exactly is Spore being spun off of? Spore? The whole argument is asinine. The DS/Mobile versions are just that: different versions or reinterpretations of a key concept. Makes sense, I'd be really stressing to keep counting votes evertime somebody doesn't happen to like an article. However, perhaps wikipedia should encourage a to come up with with observations about guidelines rather than just plain "keeps" and "deletes". I mean when those words summarise a guideline perception, I think it is actually very useful. But what's the wort of adding "keep- as per somebody". From my perspective, it's lack of contribution to the discussion makes the whole process look like vote counting. And I think newcommers don't know it is not supposed to be a vote. Of course I'm just commenting my thoughts, not that I'm still mad at the situation as I was when I wrothe the comment that came to your attention. Hi, please don't take this personally, but I've undone your recent edit to Micromanagement (gameplay). In the the Starcraft image, a Templar's Psionic Storm spell (the "lightning") will damage and probably destroy any Probes (the small "worker" units, some of which are carrying things) that continue to try to harvest resources (especially the blue crystalline Minerals) in the area covered by the Storm - in fact most will be unable to get out of danger before being destroyed. ArbCom Elections 2016: Voting now open!
Hello, Dansiman. Voting in the 2016 Arbitration Committee elections is open from Monday, 00:00, 21 November through Sunday, 23:59, 4 December to all unblocked users who have registered an account before Wednesday, 00:00, 28 October 2016 and have made at least 150 mainspace edits before Sunday, 00:00, 1 November 2016.
The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to impose binding solutions to disputes between editors, primarily for serious conduct disputes the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the authority to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail.

Hello Dansiman - I'm not sure if you are aware of this, but Wikipedia recently had a spate of user account compromises. After investigation, it appeared that at least a significant issue involved in these compromises was that the Wikipedia editor had also used the same or similar password on a social media website that was posted on their userpage. Many major social media sites, including Myspace and Yahoo, have had major security breaches where user passwords were leaked.
I note that you have included links to external social media sites on your userpage. I'd suggest removing the links; however, if you choose not to do so, please ensure that you are using a unique password for your Wikipedia account that is not used on any of these other sites.
