An editor has opened an investigation into sockpuppetry by you. Sockpuppetry is the use of more than one Wikipedia account in a manner that contravenes community policy. - Nothing, you can try proving that you are not a sockpuppet of the said user using your own justification. Based on your judgement a clerk might decline the CU request as well, but only if the clerk is satisfied with your answer.
