Hello, Bastard Soap, and thank you for contributing to Wikipedia!
I hope not to seem unfriendly or make you feel unwelcome, but I noticed your username, and am concerned that it might not meet Wikipedia's username policy. After you look over that policy, could we discuss that concern here?
Your username contains profanity and is thus an inappropriate username.
I'd appreciate learning your own views, for instance your reasons for wanting this particular name, and what alternative username you might accept that avoids raising this concern.
You have several options freely available to you:
Let me reassure you that my writing here means I don't think your username is grossly, blatantly, or obviously inappropriate; such names get reported straight to Wikipedia:Administrator intervention against vandalism ( WP:AIV), or blocked on sight. This is more a case where opinions might differ, and it would be good to reach some consensus — either here or at WP:RFC/NAME. So I look forward to a friendly discussion, and to enjoying your continued participation on Wikipedia. Thanks for uploading Image:Feet.JPG. Wikipedia gets thousands of images uploaded every day, and in order to verify that the images can be legally used on Wikipedia, the source and copyright status must be indicated. Images need to have an image tag applied to the image description page indicating the copyright status of the image. This uniform and easy-to-understand method of indicating the license status allows potential re-users of the images to know what they are allowed to do with the images.
For more information on using images, see the following pages:

Thank you for uploading Image:Feet.JPG. However, it currently is missing information on its copyright status. Wikipedia takes copyright very seriously. It may be deleted soon, unless we can determine the license and the source of the image. If you know this information, then you can add a copyright tag to the image description page.
If you have any questions, please feel free to ask them at the media copyright questions page. Thanks again for your cooperation. cohesion 05:34, 1 April 2007 (UTC)

Hello, I don't mean to make you feel unwelcome, however, I have a concern with your username. Normally, I would block such a username on sight (as a violation of WP:USERNAME, where it states, "Wikipedia does not allow usernames that are misleading, promotional, offensive or disruptive."), but since you've been editing for a while now, I thought we could talk about changing your username instead of an outright block. I do see that you mentioned your rationale here, but I agree with User:Wirbelwind's statement here that your username should be changed or blocked. Useight ( talk) 06:52, 12 May 2008 (UTC)
I really don't see what the issue is about, it's not misleading, promotional or disruptive. And the only entities which could possibly be offended by it are SOAPS. Bastard Soap ( talk) 13:30, 12 May 2008 (UTC)
Ok piss off then ^^. You know I would change it if I saw any need to, but I kind of like my username and to be honest I think all this politically correctness is a plague of free thought and comunication. I really think it's getting out of hand, no more jobs with man in them because it's sexist and no more references to colour, it's damn annoying and pointless in my view. Have you guys heard of the movement to neuter black magic!!!! Damn ridiculous. You know what the black people have done with nigger? Now that's a way to remove the power it once had. I promise you: that was not where I got the idea from :P Bastard Soap ( talk) 09:12, 8 December 2008 (UTC)
Please do not add or change content without verifying it by citing reliable sources, as you did to Borġ in-Nadur apparitions. Before making any potentially controversial edits, it is recommended that you discuss them first on the article's talk page. Please review the guidelines at Wikipedia:Citing sources and take this opportunity to add references to the article. Thank you. Cind. amuse 06:20, 13 May 2011 (UTC)
Please do not add unsourced content, as you did to Borġ in-Nadur apparitions. This contravenes Wikipedia's policy on verifiability. If you continue to do so, you may be blocked from editing Wikipedia. Cind. amuse 12:21, 13 May 2011 (UTC)
I just added some sources now, wasn't aware how to cite resources before. Also one of the already present external link pretty much validates my points, however it's in maltese. It seems to me that if there is lack of neutrality it's from the other side as most of the references are from the guy's own website. I'm gonna go ahead and edit, if you find any more problems just drop me an other line.
