Thanks for your input on the DYK nom for Federal Triangle. I hope you like that article. You're such a historic architecture fanboy. That's an article right up your alley: A massive, thick, marble structure shoved into the wet, steamy triangle in the heart of the city. And then the gigantic Reagan building is thrust into a tight, narrow space. Just proposing the Reagan building's insertion made people scream. And the howls as it actually went in...well... Everyone is sore now. (And this comment is simply to say "thanks" and to see how many double-entendres I can create while I'm home sick with a cold.) - Tim1965 ( talk) 18:20, 11 December 2009 (UTC)

Sorry to bother you; I remembered dealing with you some time ago about an LGBT article and thought this might interest you. Essentially, Sex change controversy at Baptist hospital in Oklahoma City,OK needs (1) someone to look at it and determine if there is sufficient notability to keep the article, and (2) if it's worth keeping, some work on providing references. I also think the article's title needs attention but I have no idea what to do about it. My apologies if this is out of your field; it's certainly out of mine, but the edit summary seemed to indicate that there were references to be had, and I didn't want to speedy this without giving it a bit of a chance. Thanks for any attention to this you feel able to provide; if you have any questions or problems, I'm at your service. Accounting4Taste: talk 01:01, 16 December 2009 (UTC)

I can't believe I'm coming to you with a LGBT-related problem twice within weeks -- but I don't quite know where to turn, and I know something has to be done. In advance, my apologies; I know you're not the ultimate authority on all LGBT issues, just the one that I happen to know. I assessed Jenny Lynn Shimizu as part of new page patrol and thought it was definitely worth retaining. My problem came when I went to create a redirect at Jenny Shimizu and found that not only was there an existing article, it was also well-referenced and had been in place since 2006. I think someone with an idea of what's notable and what's not needs to go through both articles and create a single one, with redirects as appropriate, but I am daunted by the task, since the intricacies of both fashion modeling and lesbianism are unknown to me, and I strongly suspect I'd get the emphasis wrong. Is this something you could either handle yourself or pass on to an interested party? I am very reluctant to just let this sit as a time bomb for someone else to discover, and I'll do whatever I can to help, but I think I need some LGBT and/or fashion model related guidance/oversight. Your comments would be very welcome (and, frankly, your censure would probably be appropriate; if I'm doing the wrong thing by bringing these issues to you, I can stand to hear it). An editor has nominated one or more articles which you have created or worked on, for deletion. The nominated article is Dawson (pornographic actor). We appreciate your contributions, but the nominator doesn't believe that the article satisfies Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion and has explained why in his/her nomination (see also Wikipedia:Notability and " What Wikipedia is not").
Your opinions on whether the article meets inclusion criteria and what should be done with the article are welcome; please participate in the discussion(s) by adding your comments to Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Dawson (pornographic actor). Please be sure to sign your comments with four tildes (~~~~).
You may also edit the article during the discussion to improve it but should not remove the articles for deletion template from the top of the article; such removal will not end the deletion debate.

I've just declined an incorrect speedy deletion tag, which may give this article some time, but if it gets deleted and you're curious, just leave me a note and I'll retrieve the content for you. Thanks in advance, Accounting4Taste: talk 23:53, 14 March 2010 (UTC)
You did such a good job on L. Ron Hubbard House, perhaps you might want to do an article on this building in Phoenix, Arizona that recently made it onto the National Register of Historic Places? I know it is a spam/promo/press release, but see here, [1] -- Cirt ( talk) 16:46, 20 March 2010 (UTC)
Please note: This is an automatic notification by a bot. I have nothing to do with this article or the deletion nomination, and can't do anything about it. -- Erwin85Bot ( talk) 01:06, 22 March 2010 (UTC)
Hey, I transfered some of the images on the Kennedy-Warren on the commons. There was [Commons:User talk:Matthiasb#Re: File:Kennedy-Warren Apartment Building - facade.jpg|raised a question] on the license since the original image at flickr which one pointed out does not have a commons compatible license while the EN:WP version has. Please could you clarify that (actually it would be the best to change the license on those three images on flickr according to the license you used when you uploaded the images to the EN:WP). Sorry for obstructing and thanks in advance. -- Matthiasb ( talk) 07:37, 22 March 2010 (UTC)
I've reworked
1111 Pennsylvania Avenue. What once was crappy is now not-quite-as-crappy. However, as I'm still off my feet (but, sadly, not on my back) due to my knee surgery, I can't take advantage of Wednesday's forthcoming wonderful, amazing, sunny, superb weather and go take a photo of this honey-dripper of a building. As you are a really good pornographer photographer, could you? -

This was a thrill a minute. But now my wrist hurts. So does my knee. And I'm out of Ronnie Silver (or Adrian Komar when he's working for Bloc, or Jan Slavik and "Jiri" when he's working for Eagle Video, or Toby Garret when he's working for Bubble B Entertainment, or Milan Vokoun when he's working for William Higgins, and the man without a name when he works for Clair Productions) movies! *whine* - Tim1965 ( talk) 23:38, 30 March 2010 (UTC)
Would you mind if I started a section on the main WikiProject page detailing photo requests? I have several that I would like for members of the DC WikiProject to try to obtain. WhisperToMe ( talk) 14:36, 4 April 2010 (UTC)
I did a bit of a rewrite of Lincoln Memorial. Would you mind giving it a skim over to see if it meets your expectations? The history should be much more thorough and it only has maybe one or two unsourced statements. Might want to mention it to any other Washingtonians that would be interested. Thanks. upstate NYer 05:34, 9 April 2010 (UTC)
I did another big one today. I couldn't help myself! I just got caught up in the moment, and then the next thing you know... I'd done it. But I'm not ashamed! I'm not, damnit! I'm glad I did it. I'd do it again. No need to make me do it; I want to do another big one like this again. (By the way, this is right up your alley...) - Tim1965 ( talk) 03:17, 3 May 2010 (UTC)

What I do with Bob Herbert "left-wing" has no bearing on what I do with Pensacola Christian College remove. It is hypocritical for you to complain while trying to insert fundamentalist as many times as you can. Conservative Christian is a better definition for schools that use A Beka than fundamentalist. Try reading AGF before responding. I know the timeline, but Examiner.com (which is blacklisted) is where the link goes to, not washingtonexaminer.com, where the real Washington Examiner is now located. You can't host a source on a blacklisted site. Niteshift36 ( talk) 02:42, 22 June 2010 (UTC)
Hey, thanks for stopping by. I meant to leave you a message the other day, when I noticed a really good photo you'd taken. I think it was the National Gallery. But I've noticed several of your very nice shots recently. Hope all is well and that you're getting ready for a good summer. Best, MarmadukePercy ( talk) 15:18, 27 May 2010 (UTC)
The Lord laid it upon my heart to share these photos of two beautiful people. Match. Made. In. Heaven. I'm just afraid of what the offspring will look like. "The power of Christ compels you!" APK whisper in my ear 19:46, 28 May 2010 (UTC)
My Dear APK, I respect your right to remove my photo from the Newseum site, albeit, I don't necessarily agree with you. The surrounding photos you submitted are great outdoor images. However, the Newseum has a lot of firsts in the catagory of digital news gathering, i.e. the Viginia Tech massacre. In submitting the Electronic Window to the World image or any inside image, I was trying to drive that message home. My question is, why did you remove the edit from my watchlist? Thanks and the same to you. Today I am staying in and avoiding crowds; we overindulged these past few days, culminating last night in a rare trip to JR's. (It was much as I remembered it.)

The first time I sang karaoke was at a Harley-Davidson bar in Raleigh. Yours truly sang that classic gospel song,
My Neck, My Back. It was somethin'
special.
P.S.
Guess where
I went
today!?! I feel uppity.
