Cities in Crimea

А.Крымов, I think we can classify Bakhchysarai as a city. The word town also works for a settlement this size. But in English, Город, can be translated as town or city. As a comment, that sounds like an original research which should be avoided in Wikipedia. There should be consistency. The classification of city is not conducted only by the population size of a populated place, but also considers its infrastructure. If a populated place infrastructurally more rural yet have population of city, it more often still be considered as village or maybe urban-like settlement, and vice-versa.
