The radio station is headquartered in Abuja on the fourth floor of Labor House in the Central Business District, Abuja, Nigeria's capital city. The radio station broadcasts a broad mix of culture and views, with priority given to development programming to enable listeners share ideas and opinions, music and drama, to enable upcoming artists find a platform for their voices to be heard. The aim is to build a United Nigeria by bringing people of diverse cultures together through communication. Although young, the radio station over the span of two short years has a listener base of over four million active listeners all across Nigeria. Although, it has a predominant presence in Abuja, it's reach stretches all the way to Lagos State in the south West Nigeria and Sokoto in the North of Nigeria. Citizen Fm 93.7, Abuja breaks news developments across Nigeria on 'News Update', broadcast every hour while news update is broadcast in ethnic languages of Hausa, Yoruba, Igbo, Edo, Tiv and many more. These also includes Phone-in-programmes in all the languages.

Broadcasting 24 hours, round the clock, Citizen Fm 93.7, Abuja streams its signal and studio events on video which can be received across the world by logging on to the www.citizenFm.ng site.

The Radio Garden app also plays the signal of Citizen Fm 93.7, Abuja and can be listened to anywhere in the world.
