Hi, I appreciate the first free-licence picture of the 2G iPod Shuffle. You may want to upload your files to the Wikimedia Commons so all projects can use them. Furthermore, would you be able to get a shot of the iPod out of the package? Try to get a composition similar to the fair-use image you removed. If you don't have the editing capabilities to give it a solid white background, put the iPod on a sheet or shirt with a contrasting color (green, for instance). Don't try to put it on a white sheet; it will turn out worse then if you let someone else edit it later. Thanks again.-- Here T oHelp 01:26, 3 November 2006 (UTC)

Hello, Zooobala. An automated process has found and removed an image or media file tagged as nonfree media, and thus is being used under fair use that was in your userspace. The image ( Image:Aurora-rye.jpg) was found at the following location: User:Zooobala. This image or media was attempted to be removed per criterion number 9 of our non-free content policy. The image or media was replaced with Image:NonFreeImageRemoved.svg , so your formatting of your userpage should be fine. Please find a free image or media to replace it with, and or remove the image from your userspace. User:Gnome (Bot) -talk 04:56, 15 May 2007 (UTC)

Thanks for uploading Image:Aurora-rye.jpg. However, there is a concern that the rationale you have provided for using this image under "fair use" may be invalid. Please read carefully the instructions at Wikipedia:Non-free content and then go to the image description page and clarify why you think the image qualifies.
If it is determined that the image does not qualify under fair use, it will be deleted within a couple of days according to our Criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. BetacommandBot 22:05, 31 May 2007 (UTC)
Thanks for uploading Image:Rye-city-seal.jpg. You've indicated that the image is being used under a claim of fair use, but you have not provided an adequate explanation for why it meets Wikipedia's requirements for such images. In particular, for each page the image is used on, the image must have an explanation linking to that page which explains why it needs to be used on that page. Can you please check

The article Green van has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}}

edit summary or on
the article's talk page.
Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}}
will stop the

Thanks for uploading or contributing to File:Michaelscottmoment.jpeg. I notice the file page specifies that the file is being used under fair use but there is not a suitable explanation or rationale as to why each specific use in Wikipedia constitutes fair use. Please go to the file description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale.
If you have uploaded other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on those pages too. You can find a list of 'file' pages you have edited by clicking on the " my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "File" from the dropdown box. Note that any non-free media lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If the file is already gone, you can still make a request for undeletion and ask for a chance to fix the problem. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page.
