User:Orangemike deleted my article at: User:ZenSunflower/sandbox1 stating the reason as promotional content. I would like to re-edit and fix until the article meets wiki standards.

1. I need help retrieving the contents of my article because I did not back it up.

2. I also need help understanding what parts of my article make it look promotional.

I have attended a few talks by Thich Dieu Thien, and have sat in some of her Awake meditation classes in the past; due to time constraints, I just volunteer sometimes now. I know the benefits of Awake meditation and how practical it is, and can help people of all backgrounds. I would like for the information to be available for people that want to find about this form of meditation and the teacher who offers it.

I am not a writer... I started to write this to provide information that may be useful to others. If you can help me recreate or rewrite in an appropriate way for WIKI to accept, I am happy to abide your advice. Appreciate your kind help in advance. Thank you for your feedback. If there is anything that looks promotional, it is not intentional. Can you please help me understand what parts make it look promotional so I can edit/fix the article? The reason I created it in my sandbox is also because I was not sure if I'm doing this the right way.
