Wikipedia policy is that articles need to be impartial, and written from a neutral point of view. The article Farhad Aliyev is clearly written to promote a particular point of view, which is not acceptable. Also the word "autobiography" in the article suggests that it was not written by an independent person, which is not in accordance with Wikipedia guidelines . Finally, Wikipedia articles are only acceptable if they are about subjects which have already received significant attention, and have been extensively written about in independent sources.
