Fair use rationale for File:Eddy's Brother.png

Thanks for uploading or contributing to File:Eddy's Brother.png. I notice the file page specifies that the file is being used under fair use but there is not a suitable explanation or rationale as to why each specific use in Wikipedia constitutes fair use. Please go to the file description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale.

If you have uploaded other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on those pages too. You can find a list of 'file' pages you have edited by clicking on the " my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "File" from the dropdown box. Note that any non-free media lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. Sherool (talk) 21:57, 31 August 2009 (UTC) reply

Hey, this is Wolf of Ice - basically The Guardian of ABDC's article right now.

I'm not gonna have Internet access for the final two episodes, so I'm counting on you to keep everything in line. Erase spoilers, keep the all three articles updated: America's Best Dance Crew (season 5), America's Best Dance Crew, and the Template:America's Best Dance Crew. Things are gonna get hectic, especially when they announce the winner - so ask for page protection if things get out of hand.

Lol, I'm making SUCH a big deal about this. Anyway, who are you rooting for? I'm hoping Blueprint Cru wins. :D Wolf of Ice =3 03:21, 26 March 2010 (UTC)

That's cool, I'm fine with either Poreotix or Blueprint winning. Hype 5-0 has to go. I just requested for semi-protection, so if its approved, then don't worry about random IPs, but be wary of established users who vandalize the article. Wolf of Ice =3 03:53, 26 March 2010 (UTC)

Lol, I'm not saying I hate Hype 5-0, but yeah...their performance tonight wasn't the best they've ever had. This is probably the second-best season yet (behind the first season of course) because all of the crews are really good, or had the potential to be really good (like Swagger Crew or Royal Flush). Wow, my request has already been approved. The protection is good until April 9, a day after the finale. This makes our lives a little less stressful. :) Wolf of Ice =3 04:15, 26 March 2010 (UTC) —Preceding unsigned comment added by Wolf of Ice ( talkcontribs)

Sorry. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Wolf of Ice ( talkcontribs) 04:39, 26 March 2010 (UTC) reply

Hey, just got back to the US. Thanks for watching over the article. I was a little disappointed with the results, but it was still an amazing season. We'll talk again during Season 6. Wolf of Ice =3 14:32, 11 April 2010 (UTC) —Preceding unsigned comment added by Wolf of Ice ( talkcontribs)

Disputed non-free use rationale for File:Eddy's Brother.png

Thank you for uploading File:Eddy's Brother.png. However, there is a concern that the rationale provided for using this file on Wikipedia may not meet the criteria required by Wikipedia:Non-free content. This can be corrected by going to the file description page and adding or clarifying the reason why the file qualifies under this policy. Adding and completing one of the templates available from Wikipedia:Non-free use rationale guideline is an easy way to ensure that your file is in compliance with Wikipedia policy. Please be aware that a non-free use rationale is not the same as an image copyright tag; descriptions for files used under the non-free content policy require both a copyright tag and a non-free use rationale.

If it is determined that the file does not qualify under the non-free content policy, it might be deleted by an administrator within a few days in accordance with our criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions, please ask them at the media copyright questions page. Thank you. J Milburn ( talk) 22:52, 6 June 2012 (UTC) reply

Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page.
