Unfortunately, the page you created covers a topic on which we already have a page – The Hershey Company. Because of the duplication, your article has been tagged for speedy deletion. perhaps I shouldn't have tagged this--as I said there I was getting impatient. If you'll commit to expanding it, especially with more recent material, I'll withdraw the AfD. DGG ( talk ) 00:47, 26 April 2013 (UTC)

Advice

I have also been making extensive edits on some of the other articles you have written or approved. Some of them need still further work, especially Princess Margaret Hospital (Funafuti) which needs further condensation, and Tonghua Dongbao Pharmaceuticals Ltd. which had extensive uncited sections. Perhaps you would care to do some of the work? I will sometimes accept an unsatisfactory AfC, but not unless I am prepared to fix it, and I usually do that immediately.

Youve done some very good work here--many of your Nestle articles are just the right amount of detail, and your automobile work is good also. I know we can't expect the new editors to do first-rate work from the start, but the point of AfC is to give them time to develop before their articles go into mainspace. In particular, for many of our editors, it is necessary to check for poor English and bad spelling -- if the article is too sloppy, it gives a bad impression. But even worse, is when they don't document things that need documentation--I find that often a custom message is needed pointing out to them just what it is that needs the documentation.

I know you've been receiving a good deal of criticism lately. I'd like to help you overcome the natural defensiveness this introduces. I'd really like to see your AfC work get more rigorous--we need good people there, and your own articles show you can do it. I know two tricks that work for me--I never try to fix more than 1 or 2 articles that need extensive fixing in a single day, and I try not to look at too many of the same problems in a row, for I get either over-critical or insufficiently watchful. DGG ( talk ) 00:32, 26 April 2013 (UTC)

Sorry this has taken so long for me to reply.
I do agree with you regarding those two mentioned articles, and I will try my best to improve those two. Thank you for the advice, and I thank you for the complements. And you are correct. I will become more rigorous with my AfC work, and though I was getting discouraged, I will try to follow the advice you gave me. Thank you for the advice, and I will accept your help. Coolboygcp ( talk) 01:38, 28 April 2013 (UTC)

Please stop moving articles into mainspace

Today I have

  • removed an article that you moved from userspace that was (a) unsourced, and (b) more importantly was deleted at AfD (and therefore should have been presented at WP:DRV for re-instatement, not simply moved back in the same state as it was deleted - see WP:CSD#G4)
  • redirected a character article back to the main article, because the article neither showed, nor claimed, any independent notability for the character whatsoever
  • deleted an article which you moved from AFC because it was a copyright violation of the organisation's website (90% was pretty much copied directly)
  • noted that at least three other article you have moved into mainspace in the last week are currently slated for deletion at AFD

If you do not understand our guidelines and policies on whether articles are suitable for Wikipedia you should not be moving them into mainspace. Some of the articles are OK but your failure rate is too high, and you are creating unnecessary work for others. At the very least, please run them past an experienced aditor first; I will quite happily look at them, and I note that User:DGG above has given you similar advice. Thank you. Black Kite ( talk) 21:08, 26 April 2013 (UTC)

I have no recollection of doing these acts, please pro de links or the names of said articles. Coolboygcp ( talk) 03:58, 27 April 2013 (UTC)

Black Kite ( talk) 08:37, 27 April 2013 (UTC)

Thank you. The Vizzini article is notable, and it did show and claim such. If you would have checked the References section. Thus, I have fixed your vandalism of that article.
The article that was from a userspace I had no way on knowing that it had been deleted, as it did not say so what so ever. I will present it at the link provided there immediately.
Did not realize the apparent copyright violation. However, I am quite surprised at your arithmetic and mathematics skills, due to your calculations that exactly and approximately 90% of the article was copied directly from the website. Coolboygcp ( talk) 23:32, 27 April 2013 (UTC)

My Article

Hello, thank you for accepting my article " Vizzini (The Princess Bride)" except for some reason, the link became a redirect to the novel The Princess Bride. Could you fix this or how could I fix it?

JoshBlitz ( talk) 23:17, 27 April 2013 (UTC)JoshBlitz

Hey Josh. I fixed it. It seems that some random vandal did that. However, I would like for you to add more reliable sources, so it will not be removed,, or redirected once more. Coolboygcp ( talk) 23:24, 27 April 2013 (UTC)

  • Let's be very clear about this. You are clearly not competent to restore such articles, and for you to refer to people who are fixing your mistakes are "vandals" is only going to end in one way - you being blocked. Don't do it again. Black Kite ( talk) 23:30, 27 April 2013 (UTC)

I am "clearly not competent"? Haha. I am surprised that you monitor my talk page so frequently. Just because I referred to you, as a "vandal", I would be blocked? I did not know that you were an administrator, and created new rules in this site. I did not know I could not refer to editors as "vandals". Coolboygcp ( talk) 23:37, 27 April 2013 (UTC)

  • Yes, I am an administrator, but it actually doesn't matter whether I am or not. Your editing is disruptive, because you are creating articles that are non-notable, have been previously deleted, or are copyright violations. Since your first warning, you have re-created one of those articles. Continuing to edit like this will lead to only one result, and that is a block. I am tying to help you here, but this will be the last time I do so. Thanks, Black Kite ( talk) 23:44, 27 April 2013 (UTC)

Disambiguation link notification for April 28

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. Wikipedia appreciates your help. We noticed though that when you edited List of former Nestlé brands, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Quik ( check to confirm |  fix with Dab solver). Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.
