Welcome to Wikipedia. There are a few problems with California Proposition 218 (1996), an article to which you've contributed. The article is overlong (see Wikipedia:Article size), has a number of referenced assertions (see Wikipedia:Verifiability and Wikipedia:Identifying reliable sources), and features some Wikipedia:original research (especially that based on a synthesis of primary sources to come up with an argument, which we don't allow on Wikipedia. The article also has some problems involving a lack of a neutral point of view. I encourage you to take a look at Wikipedia:Policies and guidelines to learn more about what I'm talking about. I've edited the article a bit to address these concerns, but many problems remain.

Thanks. Neutrality talk 14:15, 20 May 2016 (UTC) reply

Hello, I noticed that you may have recently made edits while logged out. Wikipedia's policy on multiple accounts usually does not allow the use of both an account and an IP address by the same person in the same setting and doing so may result in your account being blocked from editing. Additionally, making edits while logged out reveals your IP address, which may allow others to determine your location and identity. If this was not your intention, please remember to log in when editing. Thank you. Sro23 ( talk) 21:49, 25 June 2018 (UTC) reply
