Dear Moderator,
I hope this message finds you well.
I recently submitted a modification to the article on the Rock Garden of Nek Chand, and it was rejected on the grounds of copyright infringement. I am committed to adhering to Wikipedia's content policies and ensuring that all contributions are original or appropriately cited.
Could you please provide me with specific details regarding the source that has allegedly been copied? This information would be invaluable in helping me understand the issue and make the necessary corrections to ensure compliance with Wikipedia's guidelines.
Thank you for your assistance and for the important work you do in maintaining the quality and integrity of Wikipedia.
Best regards,

I'm sorry, but I don't know what kind of details you could want. The content that you posted was clearly copied from the link that I provided in my edit summary. The necessary corrections to be made are not to copy and paste, and instead, summarize in your own words. If you are using a large language model, then please stop. See WP:LLM. Dear Apparition11,
Thank you for your prompt response.
I apologize if I missed the specific link in the edit summary. Could you please guide me on where to find the edit summary or provide the exact link or source that indicates the alleged copied content? This would greatly help me in understanding the issue and making the necessary corrections to ensure compliance with Wikipedia's guidelines.
I would like to clarify that the text was not copied from another source but was inspired by my own page on the Rock Garden of Nek Chand, which can be found here: https://www.travel-video.info/en/monuments-en/india-chandigarh-punjab-rock-garden-by-nek-chand.html.
Furthermore, I have published the authorization for the use of data from my website in the "Terms and Services" section, available here: https://www.travel-video.info/en/terms-of-service.html.
I appreciate your assistance and patience in this matter.
Best regards,

That is the link that it was copied from. At the bottom of the page, it includes a copyright notice, however, your terms of service does say that it is released under an appropriate license. Therefore, it looks like the copyright notice may not have been warranted. There are sourcing issues though. The content needs in-line citations showing where the information came from. The only references provided were in the heading. Apparition11 Talk/ Contribs 10:22, 29 June 2024 (UTC) reply
Dear Apparition11,
Thank you for your feedback.
I am new to Wikipedia, and I expected to see a screen prompting me to cite my sources after making my modifications. However, I only encountered the screen asking for the list of changes. Consequently, I added the links in the heading using the <ref> function.
I appreciate your patience and guidance as I learn the proper procedures. I will make sure to add in-line citations correctly in the future to properly attribute the sources.
Thank you again for your assistance.
Best regards,

Yeah, Wikipedia is not extremely intuitive while you're new (though it does get easier). WP:IC may be of help with how to cite. Good luck and happy editing! Apparition11 Talk/ Contribs 10:54, 29 June 2024 (UTC) reply
Am I suppose to repost my contribution to that page, now the problem of copyright seems to be solved, or will it appear automatically again on the page? WorldHeritageTraveler ( talk) 10:58, 29 June 2024 (UTC) reply
I just did it [1]. Good luck! Apparition11 Talk/ Contribs 11:30, 29 June 2024 (UTC) reply
