Answer: I believe that "Public Key Cryptography" is better, more general and has more meaning when compared with "Asymmetric-key cryptosystems". You can easily find the general subject of "Public Key Cryptography" as the title of chapters in most of cryptographic textbooks but you cannot find any title or section called "Asymmetric-key cryptosystems"!!! so the former is a well-tried title while the later is an unused title.

I have nominated Secure SMS Messaging Protocol, an article that you created, for deletion. I do not think that this article satisfies Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion, and have explained why at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Secure SMS Messaging Protocol.
