Hi there,

I noticed your recent edit to the Australian Army Cadets page about the correct form of address for UA's. Just to let you know, UAs are only addressed as Mr/Ms/Mrs, as they do not hold a rank of any type. Many units insist that UAs are addressed as Sir/Ma'am, however, this is incorrect. The UAs policy from 2008 spells it out quite clearly.
