- I have restored this image as requested on my talk page. Note that it was deleted because it matched I4 of the Criteria for Speedy Deletion. Namely the fact that it had the {{ untagged}} template added to it for seven days (not fourteen, as you specified).
- You can copy over the relevant copyright information from the German WP to the image yourself. As far as I know, it doesn't require anything special. The better option would be to upload it to commons:, where it will be accessible to all wikipedias.

Hi TheParanoidOne, thanks for replying. Because I am new in Wikipedia and no native English speaker it is really difficult for me to understand all the technical and legal vocubulary. It is even hard for me in my own language. I copied the licence to the foto at the English site. Is it correct now and how do I restore the image in the related article? What does WP mean?

Hi VulpesE, in Wikipedia things that are surrounded by curly brackets ({{ }}) are called Templates. Templates allow one piece of Wikipedia syntax to be used in multiple places. For example the {{ fact}} tag allows one to make a request for a citation in a nice format without writing out the code to do one oneself (which is difficult). In the same manner {{ lang-fa}} is a template that when surrounding some Persian text, makes it bold and automatically links to the Persian language article. If you look at the Pooyan Nassehpoor, you'll see that the link to Persian language still exists even though it's not in the source, and that's because it's in the {{ lang-fa}} template.
