Just wondered if the advertising you were referring to was the Keith Skues video. No monies are received for any of the additions and they are purely added to provide further research information for anyone interested.

I see you're a Sound Engineer. Jeff started out as a BBC sound guy...then moved into presentation and production. He's now retired.
