Please don't decorate biographies with professional association logos. This comes off as promotional and I'm not sure about the license for that image at any rate. Kuru (talk) 15:03, 5 December 2010 (UTC)
If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.
You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.
A tag has been placed on Santhi Ganapathy requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about a person or group of people, but it does not indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as notable.
If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hang on}}
to the top of
the page that has been nominated for deletion (just below the existing speedy deletion, or "db", tag; if no such tag exists, then the page is no longer a speedy delete candidate and adding a hang-on tag is unnecessary), coupled with adding a note on
the talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the page meets the criterion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the page that would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, you can contact
one of these administrators to request that the administrator
userfy the page or email a copy to you.

t== Don't add primary references in Institute of Chartered Accountants of India ==
At the outset, I congratulate your effort in improving the article on Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. But I would like to bring some important issues before you. I noticed that you have added a lot of references from the institutes website. I strongly recommend that you withdraw from doing so. A reference from a primary source like the institutes website will be termed as not being reliable in Wikipedia. As you are aware the article has been failed as a Good Article nominee because of this thrice. I have been undertaking the activity of replacing the primary references with external ones in a phased manner. You have added quiet a lot of primary references again which is distorting the whole process. If you continue adding primary references, the dream of getting Good Article status for the article will remain a dream forever. R.Sivanesh ✆ 08:33, 19 February 2011 (UTC)

Dear Vi1618, you don't seem to know how to add references. A reference should be added within the Cite error: There are <ref>
tags on this page without content in them (see the
help page). tags. For giving better info it is good to use references templetes like {{
citeweb}}. This can be easily done by using the links given in the edit tool bar. I see you are adding reference urls with bar double bar brackets ([[). These are intended to add inter wiki links and not ref urls. use single bar bracket to add external urls that too only at the external links section. Make yourself fully knowledgeable with these before editing again.
