Non-free rationale for File:Bulgarian stamp featuring an Archaeopteryx, issued in 1994 - the year of Breskovski's official retirement.jpg

Thanks for uploading or contributing to File:Bulgarian stamp featuring an Archaeopteryx, issued in 1994 - the year of Breskovski's official retirement.jpg. I notice the file page specifies that the file is being used under non-free content criteria, but there is not a suitable explanation or rationale as to why each specific use in Wikipedia is acceptable. Please go to the file description page, and edit it to include a non-free rationale.

If you have uploaded other non-free media, consider checking that you have specified the non-free rationale on those pages too. You can find a list of 'file' pages you have edited by clicking on the " my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "File" from the dropdown box. Note that any non-free media lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If the file is already gone, you can still make a request for undeletion and ask for a chance to fix the problem. If you have any questions, please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. Sfan00 IMG ( talk) 14:50, 9 December 2011 (UTC) reply

Hi. When you recently edited Arnold & Porter, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Justice Department ( check to confirm |  fix with Dab solver). Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.

Fossil conservation status

Hi Vassto. I noticed your recent edits to ammonite articles and just wanted to let you know that the "Fossil" conservation status in the Taxobox has been deprecated and its use is discouraged (see Template:Taxobox/doc#Conservation_status). Hi again. What is the source of this image: File:Barremites difficilis hemiptychus (Kil.) Brestak Varna Region.jpg? If the original source is not out of copyright (or freely licensed) then it cannot be used on Wikipedia, unfortunately. mgiganteus1 ( talk) 00:11, 6 August 2012 (UTC) reply

Cite change for Sir Henry Sumner Maine, Ancient Law

Grateful as I am for your attention to detail in changing the cite for Ancient law on the Universal jurisdiction page, I am puzzled by the change. I have before me the hardcover edition which says it is published by "Dorset Press, a Division of Marlboro Books Corporation," the American edition in 1986. Why the change?
