A tag has been placed on Rhiannon Hartley, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done because the article seems to be about a person, group of people, band, club, company, or web content, but it does not indicate how or why the subject is notable, that is, why an article about that subject should be included in Wikipedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, articles that do not assert notability may be deleted at any time. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as notable, and if you can indicate why the subject of this article is notable, you may contest the tagging. To do this, add {{ hangon}} on the top of the page and leave a note on the article's talk page explaining your position. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the article that would confirm its subject's notability under the guidelines.

For guidelines on specific types of articles, you may want to check out our criteria for biographies, for web sites, for bands, or for companies. Feel free to leave a note on my talk page if you have any questions about this. Hut 8.5 10:27, 14 January 2007 (UTC) reply

Picture of the day

Thanks for your efforts in writing the Picture of the day blurb for March 18, 2007. However, the image you scheduled is not a Featured Picture. The PsOTD are selected from the Featured Pictures and posted in order of their selection (with two previously selected PsOTD rerun per week -- the newest can be seen at WP:FPT in reverse chronological order). I've been in charge of scheduling these since last April (I'm not saying I have a monopoly on this and nobody else can do it) and I've been meaning to write guidelines on how to do it in case I get run over by a bus or something, so if you're interested in helping out with this, let me know and I will actually get around to writing the instructions instead of letting that task sit on the backburner. Unspecified source for Image:Fluffy and Sam.jpg

Thanks for uploading Image:Fluffy and Sam.jpg. I noticed that the file's description page currently doesn't specify who created the content, so the copyright status is unclear. If you did not create this file yourself, then you will need to specify the owner of the copyright. If you obtained it from a website, then a link to the website from which it was taken, together with a restatement of that website's terms of use of its content, is usually sufficient information. However, if the copyright holder is different from the website's publisher, then their copyright should also be acknowledged.

As well as adding the source, please add a proper copyright licensing tag if the file doesn't have one already. If you created/took the picture, audio, or video then the {{ GFDL-self-no-disclaimers}} tag can be used to release it under the GFDL. If you believe the media meets the criteria at Wikipedia:Fair use, use a tag such as {{ Non-free fair use in|article name}} or one of the other tags listed at Wikipedia:Image copyright tags#Fair use. See Wikipedia:Image copyright tags for the full list of copyright tags that you can use.

If you have uploaded other files, consider checking that you have specified their source and tagged them, too. You can find a list of files you have uploaded by following this link. Unsourced and untagged images may be deleted one week after they have been tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If the image is copyrighted under a non-free license (per Wikipedia:Fair use) then the image will be deleted 48 hours after 02:56, 9 April 2007 (UTC). If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. Strangerer ( Talk) 02:56, 9 April 2007 (UTC) reply

File:Good ol' fluffy.jpg listed for deletion

A file that you uploaded or altered, File:Good ol' fluffy.jpg, has been listed at Wikipedia:Files for deletion. Please see the discussion to see why this is (you may have to search for the title of the image to find its entry), if you are interested in it not being deleted. Thank you.  Ronhjones   (Talk) 01:53, 15 December 2011 (UTC) reply

The article Broadstairs Dickens Players has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

Non-notable group, no references.

While all contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion.
