Unless you want to licence the image under the Creative Commons Attribute Sharealike licence, for anyone to re-use, for any purpose, an image generally can't be included in Wikipedia. English Wikipedia makes an exception for fair use under much stricter criteria than the legal doctrine, which a single movie poster imagine in an article about the movie usually qualifies for. But we require that someone write a case of why we're doing it. Including copyrighted images with just permission for Wikipedia is never allowed (indeed, by selecting that licence when you uploaded it, it was automatically nominated for speedy deletion).
I'll write the case and re-licence it as copyrighted material being used under the fair use doctrine. But please be conscious in the future of the copyright and relicensing of Wikipedia. If you have any questions, please ask. Wily D 15:56, 31 August 2012 (UTC)
This is an automated message from MadmanBot. I have performed a web search with the contents of Summer in February (film), and it appears to include material copied directly from http://www.bringthenoiseuk.com/201302/music/news/film-news-new-details-about-summer-in-february.
It is possible that the bot is confused and found similarity where none actually exists. If that is the case, you can remove the tag from the article. The article will be reviewed to determine if there are any copyright issues.
If substantial content is duplicated and it is not public domain or available under a compatible license, it will be deleted. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted text or images borrowed from other web sites or printed material. You may use such publications as a source of information, but not as a source of sentences. See our copyright policy for further details. (If you own the copyright to the previously published content and wish to donate it, see Wikipedia:Donating copyrighted materials for the procedure.) MadmanBot ( talk) 18:13, 18 March 2013 (UTC)
Hello Todd Wiseman,
I wanted to let you know that I just tagged Summer in February (film) for deletion, because it seems to be copied from another source.
If you feel that the article shouldn't be deleted and want more time to rewrite it in your own words, you can contest this deletion, but please don't remove the speedy deletion tag from the top.
You can leave a note on my talk page if you have questions. Thanks, Blanchardb - Me• MyEars• MyMouth- timed 18:17, 18 March 2013 (UTC)

Thanks for your submission to Wikipedia, and happy editing. HasteurBot ( talk) 08:00, 26 April 2014 (UTC)
