- Why in the world did you post it under the title "How to write articles in Wikipedia"?
- Writing an article to spread word of your organization is the very definition of "promotional". Wikipedia isn't for the purpose of making anything known, but for posting reference-quality articles about topics that are known, which generally means topics about which information already appears in independent reliable sources.
- I see you went through several rounds of warnings over this a while back, so I'm going to post a one-time final warning now.
